We take Red’s Quality Acre whole globe eggplant, split in half and give it a quick roast in a very hot oven. Then we stuff it with spiced and seared Firsthand Foods ground beef and bulgur and toasted pine nuts. Then we deliver it to you where you reheat and plate and enjoy.
